OMG. Thank you! Thank you, India! Thank goodness *someone* on here finally says to *enjoy* your hair even though it will ruin the texture. It's only summer for a very short while. And I keep seeing video after video telling people to "oooh don't do this", "oooh don't do that." I almost don't have any waves, barely. Profile picture is hair that's just done (with one of those (Temu) hats to plop, they are amazeballs BTW). Yep, I plop with a little teddy-fleece hat, then dry my hair with the diffuser so it's kept in its shrunken state and doesn't hang down to dry for ages. Enough effort IYKWIM. But if it's summer, no, I don't pay it *any* mind. There's more important things in life than hair. If you keep putting yourself on "unavailable" due to your hair, people are going to hate your guts. LOL ;)

Just saw a poscast by Gary Brecka with a couple that had 7 miscarriages. They took a methylation test and changed a couple things and had a perfect pregnancy. Their OBGYN did not know anything about this as they are not taught these things. Just a thought that this may help you on your journey. Best to you and your family.
